Lets test it to see if it helps with spam and maybe just makes BOD messaging easier. It still lets us use the email address theboard@foils.org. So once you set up the password on the BBS and set it to forward messages to your email you can see messages either at your email or on the BBS. It also has a voting capability. and will handle any attachments. It also collects all messages on any topic in one place for ease of review. It also has an archive capability to permanently collect old actions. The first area of the BBS entitled “General Administration” has been resrticted to BOD use. It can not be accessed without a BOD password. The password for the Board of Directors section is “theboard” Use the following url on your web browser to go to the password entering page. http://www.bulletinboards.com/chkpswd.cfm?comcode=foils Enter the password and check the box that saves it for future use. This should give you permanent access to this restricted area to conduct all BOD business Bill White”,”2004-08-24″,”Bill White”,”guru”,” “,”whitewn@speakeasy.net”,”0″ Re: Spam “25”,”699164″,”1″,”Re: Spam||699164″,”John, I get my share of spam, but very little addressed to .
